/ Our story

We started Atlas to do this the right way.

Two founders who saw how impersonal support had become — and decided a small, matched team could do it better.

Support that actually fits.

Gabriel and Lewis founded Atlas because the existing model kept failing participants — workers assigned by availability, not fit. They set out to change that with a team hand-picked for skill and matched to each person.

As an NDIS provider across Melbourne and Ballarat, Atlas works directly with plan-managed and self-managed participants — giving real flexibility without barriers.
