Allistair is a capable, reliable and hands-on member of the Atlas Care Group team, delivering support across the Ballarat region. With a diverse practical background and an impressive range of licences and certifications, including heavy rigid truck driving, vehicle loading cranes, agricultural chemicals and construction safety, he brings a strong sense of responsibility, adaptability and problem-solving to his work. His first aid and CPR training further support his commitment to safety and wellbeing. Allistair combines his practical skill set with a genuine caring nature, taking pride in building trust, supporting individual needs and helping participants feel safe, respected and encouraged to achieve their goals.
