CEO and Co-Founder

Gabriel Kalouche is Co-Founder and CEO of Atlas Care Group, bringing years of hands-on experience supporting NDIS participants across Melbourne, Ballarat and Geelong. Through his work with participants and families, Gabriel saw firsthand how inconsistent support could impact people’s routines, confidence and overall quality of life, which shaped his vision for Atlas Care Group: to provide reliable, high-quality support that people can genuinely depend on and make that standard of care accessible to as many participants as possible. Alongside co-founder Lewis Cotsell, Gabriel oversees participant relationships, support worker standards and the day-to-day operations of Atlas Care Group, with a strong focus on consistency, trust, independence and support tailored to each individual.
