Gabriel Kalouche is a co-founder and director of Atlas Care Group, bringing years of hands-on experience in the disability support sector to the role. Having worked closely with participants and families across Melbourne and Ballarat, Gabriel saw firsthand how inconsistent quality of care could leave people underserved, and set out to build something better. Alongside co-director Lewis Cotsell, he now oversees the day-to-day running of Atlas Care Group, from participant relationships to support worker standards, with a focus on reliable, high-quality care and no surprises for the people they support.
