Lewis Cotsell

CEO and Founder

Lewis Cotsell is a co-founder and director of Atlas Care Group. He handles the day-to-day running of the business alongside co-director Gabriel Kalouche, and still gets out in the field regularly, working directly with participants rather than just managing from a distance. Before Atlas, Lewis saw enough of the disability support sector to know what wasn't working, and started the business to do it properly. Straightforward agreements, workers who show up, and no runaround when something needs sorting. He's focused on keeping Atlas practical and dependable: good people, clear communication, and care you can count on.
