Lewis Cotsell is a co-founder and director of Atlas Care Group. He handles the day-to-day running of the business alongside co-director Gabriel Kalouche, and still gets out in the field regularly, working directly with participants rather than just managing from a distance. Before Atlas, Lewis saw enough of the disability support sector to know what wasn't working, and started the business to do it properly — straightforward agreements, workers who show up, and no runaround when something needs sorting. He's focused on keeping Atlas practical and dependable: good people, clear communication, and care you can count on.
