Penny Lightfoot

Support Worker

Penny is a valued member of the Atlas Care Group team, delivering support across Ballarat and Geelong. With hands-on NDIS experience and a background in gymnastics, football and competitive sport, she brings energy, adaptability and a strong team mindset to her work. As an Occupational Therapy student, Penny combines her passion for movement and wellbeing with a person-centred approach, empowering participants to build confidence, independence and achieve their goals. Penny delivers quality care across Metropolitan and Regional Victoria
